Terms and Conditions

BOOKING DEPOSIT ↓ 

Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing will require a non- refundable deposit of $50 and up depending on the detail package you select to secure your appointment. The deposit will go towards the final payment of the service. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your detailing appointments are very important to Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing. We realize that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice to reschedule.


WEATHER CONDITIONS ↓

Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing will notify customers to reschedule appointments if the weather change either for rain or excessive heat. We will reschedule for the next available day.


NO RUSH POLICY ↓ 

At Bryan's Showroom, our reputation is built on quality service and we will not comprise the integrity of our work by taking shortcuts. If services are not allowed the full amount of time required, that will result in inferior service and potential errors so please plan ahead and schedule accordingly. We will make our best efforts to ensure that deadlines are met, but there may be some circumstances that will require more time than initially estimated. If the original diagnosis has changed, we will keep you informed throughout the process and recommend a different course of action, if necessary.


APPOINTMENT TIME ↓ 

With this extra touch comes some responsibility on the customer. Cancellations are very costly to our small business. Of course we anticipate things like rainy days and other forces of nature and understand that hey, “emergencies happen.” Should this happen we will try to accommodate you as best we can, but we ask that you try as hard to keep all appointments with us as we do for you. Also, given unexpected circumstances do to traffic, weather (extreme heat or rainy conditions), or other unavoidable delays or circumstances we will contact you within a reasonable time in the event of any delay, from our behalf, with an approximate time of arrival OR if you may chose to change your appointment to another date for your convenience. Your deposit will not be affected.


OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS ↓ 

First cancellation – customers can reschedule another appointment giving 48hrs notice of original appointment. 30 days will be given from the day of the deposit was made to make a reschedule. Second cancellation– deposit will be forfeited regardless of the 48hrs. minimum requirements.


INSPECTION INSIDE & OUT ↓ 

Our team is very friendly, we allow you to do a thorough inspection of your vehicle once our team is done, should you find anything our team has missed, simply point it out to them and they will make it right. Our team will be dedicated to making sure you’re happy with your service. Should you fail to inspect your car or have someone else inspect your car on your behalf, Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing will not be responsible should you find something our team has missed later. Therefore, while our team is there and ready to assist, please take the time to inspect your vehicle. If something arises after the detail that was not noticed during the final walk around, you must contact us within 24 hours and, if needed, schedule a touch-up detail within 5 days.


PERSONAL BELONGINGS ↓ 

Once you have scheduled your auto detailing service on the day of your service, please make sure all personal possessions should be removed from your vehicle before time of the service. Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing will not be responsible for any damage or loss in and outside of the vehicle. We will not be responsible for damages if the vehicle isn’t 100% in adequate conditions. Photographs will be taken before commencing the service.


PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO ↓

We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties. If not just confirm you would like to opt out when booking.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES ↓ Additional charges may apply due to the size and condition of your vehicle. We do not guarantee 100% removal of excessive pet hair, sand, bad odors, vomit, cigarette smoke, mildew, heavy stains, heavy soil, food and drink spill or spoiled milk, etc.


PRE-EXISTING DAMAGES ↓

 It is difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection, some vehicles, tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, don’t work or become loose and cracked without the owner’s knowledge, therefore should any Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing representative find any items that are not working properly, worn, scratched, cracked, faded, or broken we will bring it to your attention, therefore you agree not to hold Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing responsible for any pre-existing damages to your car. Dirt can hide exterior imperfections as swirl marks, scratches, dings, dents, paint chips, fine lines, marks, cracked windshield, hard water stains and burned paint should Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing representative find any exterior imperfections, we will make you aware, however, Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections if your service does not include it. Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing will not be held responsible should we find pre-existing paint imperfection during our normal course of detailing that you were not aware of


ENGINE BAY CLEANING ↓

Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing is not liable or responsible for malfunction or breakage of any of the vehicle’s mechanical/ electrical/electronic components. We do not interfere with vehicles more than the minimum required amount of use to ensure we perform our job.


RIGHT TO REFUSE ↓ 

Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking or continue with our service if we deem the customer to be unreasonable. Bryan's Showroom Quality Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny customers’ demands that are above and or beyond the booked detailing service.
